Great New Classes
From Monday the 7th of March active4less will offer a range of great new classes. Below is further information on our new Zumba and Cardio Fit classes:
Zumba - Tuesdays 9.45-10.45 & 8-9pm
Zumba Thursdays 8-9pm
Cardio Fit Wednesdays 9.45-10.30
Cardio Fit Fridays 9.45-10.30

Flex's Comedy Night
On Sunday 6th March 2011 active4less Uxbridge have arrange a social event at 'The Slug and Lettuce' The social night will be sure to give you a giggle as we have some of the uk's best up and coming comedians featuring at our commedy night.
